1. I got a natural period :)

  2. Update

Back at a new college, so I’ve been a bit busy but here are the basics:
Down to 308 as of last week… And off paleo because of my meal plan but my skin is not very happy about that.

  4. Dinner (forever ago)

I was feeling fancy one night and made a salmon fillet and escargot. It was very good, no veg because we were out at the time.

This dinner had about a five dollar value and made me forget that we were pretty much out of food,

  5. Dinner Last Night:

    Balsamic Pork Chops

    Mashed Cauliflower

Cauliflower Stir Fry with green beans and happiness :)

  6. Sorry it’s been a while between posts lately it’s mostly because we’re out of food… which is nice. Yeah I really enjoy it. There’s nothing here but bread and pasta and squash. I bought some hotdogs (no soy, no gluten, no preservatives) so I’ll do something with that for lunch and I think I’m making some form of fish stew for dinner so, keep an eye out for those posts and then tonight groceries can actually happen so everything will be better… hopefully.

  7. wendigho:

Avocado fries? Uh oh. We have died and gone to heaven.

I made these with toasted coconut “breadcrumbs” and they were amazing

  8. Pork roast from tonights dinner. brined for an hour, covered in parsley and celery seeds and roasted in the oven at 450 for about an hour.

  9. Dinner

    Paleo Oven Fried Chicken

    Broccoli Mash

    Swiss Chard

Toasted unsweetened coconut flakes make the best “breadcrumbs” when mixed with your favorite seasonings.

The broccoli mash has cheese but it can be omitted for strict paleo.

I whipped up some homemade honey mustard for my chicken as well

Rebecca of The Clothes Horse may have found the perfect setting for the ModCloth exclusive Saturday Night Thrive Dress. This nightlife printed frock seems right at home with the beautiful bridge background!
